Class Passes Terms & Conditions //

  • Passes are purchased to enable attendance at various classes run by GCP (including Mat Pilates, Functional Rehab and Mums & Bubs Exercise)

  • Passes are required to be purchased and paid in full PRIOR to your attendance at a relevant class

  • A functional rehab pass for 6 visits will have an expiry date of 2 months after your first class related to that voucher

  • A functional rehab pass for 10 visits will have an expiry date of 3 months after your first class related to that voucher

  • A Pilates pass for any term expires at the end of the relevant term

  • A Mums and Bubs pass for any term expires at the end of the relevant term

  • Expiry dates may be extended ONLY at the discretion of your treating physiotherapist for medical reasons (e.g. you have an operation that requires ceasing of classes for recovery; you give birth)

  • If GCP is required to cancel a class due to circumstances beyond our control, the expiry date for any affected passes will be extended accordingly

  • When a pass expires, no more classes can be redeemed on that pass. A new pass will need to be purchased and paid in full before attending further classes

Functional Rehab only

  • You need to provide at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend your class. If you give less than 24 hours notice, your pass will be redeemed for the missed class - see our Late Cancellation Policy available on our website. https://www.goodcountryphysio.com.au/late-cancellations

  • If you attend functional rehab and cannot make your regular class, please contact the clinic to see if an alternative class is available in the same week.
